    • A neglected hotel

This hotel was once a very nice place. We come regularly every year. Sadly there seems to be no maintenance whatsoever. By now the hotel is far from being "lujo" as it claims to be. The rooms are clean on the surface, but wherever you look closely you see dust, dirt and spots. Broken nightstands, greasy doors. Ants in the sink and on the floor, mold every where in the bathroom especially in the shower. Linen and towels with spots and hair. It is quite disturbing. The breakfast is very limited. More like a morning snack. The so called orange juice is nothing but a sugary powder dissolved in water. Milk for the sugared cereals only by request. To resume: we are very disappointed and most probably we won't return. Sadly this hotel lost us as regular client and all our family who visit Rosario regularly.

I spent one night. The safe deposit box alarm started to beep very loud at 1AM and resumed every 30 minutes, non stop. The concierge came into the room twice in the middle of the night, trying to stop it, but he was not successfull. We could not sleep, none solution was provided. At breakfast there was only one person in front desk, washing dishes, refelling things, setting up tables. The personnel was very nice, but did not have the conditions to provide good service.

    • Very convenient and comfy hotel in good location.

We liked this hotel a lot. We found it comfortable and convenient, and liked the self serve buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions, and the girl on the desk drew a very good walking route for us round the town. It is a quiet residential location, and the decor is funky and modern. We looked out over the street but had no problems with noise. There is an avenue full of restaurants nearby - 2 blocks away. There is an interesting walk down Boulevard Orono with all its old buildings down to the river, and then you can walk all the way along the river back into town at the Bandera monument. There are cafes along river - the nicest ones are at the Bvd Orono end. The cafe by the art gallery at the end of Orono is pretty good and looks out over the Parana river. The walk feels really safe as so many people jog or walk or picnic along there. I must highly recommend a visit to the Beatmemo bar at the end of Bvd Orono as they have a truly impressive range of Beatles memorabilia, a small museum and a large menu, including plenty for vegetarians. Friendly staff too.

the hotel is in a good location. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy, bathroom good. We asked for a quiet room, is in the bakside, no window but no noise from the street. Breakfast is simple, can be better special with fresh fruit. They do not have a laundry service and did not know were a laundry was! We found it our selfs. We asked for a streetmap, they did not have one! I took 2 from the tourist office and delivered it at the reception.

A cozy and nice hotel in Rosario downtown, ideal for couples. Excellent service. Just a problem with shower flooding bathroom's floor, may be was just a particular issue with our room. Free cakes and coffee in the evening.
