This B&B used to be a resthouse hence the layout is such that the entrance is the living room with an extended dining area overlooking the famous Taal Volcano. We were first given the family room which was quite warm so we requested to be transferred. This room on the third floor, 301, has a good view, just don't get too near the window or you will see the roofs below. The bed and the breakfast were modest but good enough to satisfy. We were even able to eat our left overs from the last meal. The staff here were very helpful. There were minor issues with the shower but we got through the intermittent temperature. It has two small parking spaces good for 3-4 cars each. And they lock the gate at 12:00mn for security reason. While it is just across the mall, there is no way to go to that mall unless you walk to the footbridge some meters away or drive to make a U-turn as there is a barricade in the center of the road.

It is refreshing to stay here. It reminds me to enjoy the simple life away from my busy daily grind at the city. I love the view at the veranda both at daytime and nightime. If you love natural beauty, chirping birds, sky, moon, stars, and sun,... you'll love to commune with nature. I'll book here again.

Stayed here for a night. the exterior is not impressive. Even the lobby area and the halls leading to the room. But the room itself is amazing. We got the deluxe room for 2 pax. Its priced at 4,000 pesos since its a weekend. Prices are cheaper by 500 pesos during weekdays. The room is huge. The bed and pillows are soft and very comfortable. Theres a reclinable chair and an adequately-sized TV. The view is amazing. Well not that perfect since theres an unfinished construction right outside the balcony. But it was fine. They offer free breakfast. Their breakfast is okay. Nothing very memorable about it. Over all i would say that i might stay here again. But usually whenever we visit Tagaytay, we try out different lodges, hotels, and BnBs.

we spent an overnight stay before new year, the location is near the restaurants and other stores. they claim that some staff were still on vacation, thus check in process took a while. Likewise we were able to check in an hour late. However, the room was clean and had no smell. Free breakfast was basic and has to be ordered in advance. My only concern was the lack of security guard (that's why you cannot stay out past midnight because gates are locked by 12 AM). For me, in can be a nightmare, that nobody checks who goes out and who come in.
