    • A luxurious escape in the middle of downtown

They upgraded me to a suite for my two-night stay here, and I must say I was impressed! Modern, stylish decor and all the amenities you'd expect (with a variety of Nespresso pods, no less). Pros: - Convenient downtown location - Plenty of space - Several secure elevators - Beautiful views - Mini fridge - Hot-water kettle and Nespresso (I believe some rooms have Keurig) Cons: - Blackout shades let quite a bit of light through - Street/traffic sounds from 4th Avenue below, particularly at night

I cannot say enough superlatives about this hotel. From the doorman to the front desk staff to the best housekeepers..all were very friendly. The conference food was very tasty and bountiful. The rooms in which our conference was held had first rate conference amenities. Our room was spacious and well appointed. A delightful stay!

    • Where history and luxury mesh

I wont beat around the bush I chose this hotel based on the location and its participation in my credit cards hotel program and Im glad I did! While the hotel is historic, it certainly isnt tired. Once you make it up to the main lobby the historic details become even more rich. Check in was great and friendly I was even able to check in early and lucked out by getting a corner room! The rooms, bedding, and especially the bathroom are all well-updated and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to return after dinner to find the room had been cleaned and a few desserts had been left behind! (Maybe I shouldnt mention that I dont want to get anyone in trouble :) The dining options are also impressive room service was spot on for breakfast and The Georgian felt like stepping back into the 1900s... especially since the table next to us was taking high tea like it was their job and they were asipping their way up to a promotion! The gym, pool, and hot tub are also a great way to spend some time, especially on those oh-so-famous rainy Seattle days. Overall I give it an A-.

The staff, accommodations, and services made our anniversary special. Especially appreciated their recommendations for our special evening and the availability of the hotel car to take us to our dinner reservations.

    • Fantastic hotel

We stayed here two nights prior to our cruise and I cant recommend this hotel enough. Its in a fantastic location 5 minutes from pike place Market and down town. So while your close enough to everything to walk but your far enough away from the noise and busy. I dont normally sleep well when Im in hotels but I found the beds so comfy I slept all night both nights. On the second evening we had an issue with our tv not working as a compensation they offered to upgrade us to a suite free of charge. We didnt accept as we were only there for a few hours before bed and we had our iPads so we could watch Netflix. But they honestly could not have done more to make up for an issue that wasnt even a big deal. It was definitely excellent customer service. I didnt get to see enough of Seattle and will definitely be back as I loved the city and without a doubt I will be staying here again.
