We've had a great break, thanks to the well-trained team and management. There were some minor issues from our family ladies trip from Australia, those problems had been solved professional by the team, thank you very much for your hospitality. We definitely will be back with a bigger family member (ladies and boys). We also do love the villa with big garden and the food. Your free shuttle bus service was really helpful. Thanks

There is a slight air of faded glory around this hotel but essentially its a beautiful (small) resort. We had the two bedroom villa which was the largest private villa weve ever stayed in, beautifully furnished with lots of lovely features including our own wee jacuzzi. The communal pool area was fabulous. The beach is also beautiful (some rubbish if you walk away from the hotel but this is hardly their fault) with lots of fun beach combing for unusual shells and sea life. We stayed here three nights and ate all our meals here - the food ranged from very tasty (super pho and lemongrass chicken) to average. Cocktails were great and happy hour is a good deal! The staff, particularly Ibrahim and Miss Chen, are eager to help resolve any issues and very friendly. Overall we give this place 5 stars as its a special place at good value for money. If you want or expect a 5 star western hotel experience like the Hilton or Intercontinental you are better off going straight there but this place is a local hidden gem for us.

    • Nice resort, wrong location

When we arrived we were a bit confused. This resort is in such a remote and desolated area that the arrival is not very appealing. The feel changed for the good after we installed ourselves in the very nice and spacious 4p villa and we discovered the beautiful pool area, which is definitely the eyecatcher of the resort. Unfortunately the weather didnt allow for windsurfing or supping, but we did use the canoo when the sea got calmer. The kids enjoyed the pool table. This is a very tranquil place to relax for a couple of days. Villas are kept clean, cleaning service is good. The resort is far away from the hotel strip where all the fun is happening. Although there is a free shuttle bus, it still takes a long time (min 30mins) to find a decent restaurant or massage/spa place. We, a family with 2 kids, went out every evening for dinner as the food in the resort is average at the best. Quality of the Western food is average, the Asian food is worse. The staff is very attentive and the resort manager is very helpful and informative on things to do. Small maintenance issues in our villa were repaired instantly. I doubted between a 3* or 4* review, but as the communal areas are not very appealing and could use some repainting and redecoration, I couldnt give it the fourth star. This resort is overrated with all the 5 star reviews and so the price vs quality is not ok.

Don't even think about other hotels, this one is the best. The team is so so so helpful, always smiling and ready to help you.they also speak English fluently, they book taxi, tour and bus for you. It's close to everything, 50 meters to the beach, a big swimming pool. So go in!!!
