This is an excellent hotel with lovely helpful staff, excellent food, clean room and comfy bed. The cleaning lady was lovely and we shared a big hug at our departure. Super, safe, warm swimming pool. Excellent entertainment for children, I was so impressed with how the team cared for the young ones making them all feel very special. There is entertainment for the adults too including a Karaoke night and a mass night cycle ride organised with other hotels over to Cervia and back- this was great fun! The beach is very close. I must keep coming back!

We spent a week in this well styled hotel. Rooms are so small but very cleaned, lunch and dinner quite varied, excellent continental breakfast managed by a real pastry chef. The American bar is not at the same level.

Stayed 2 nights, supporting a friend doing the Ironman. Although it was pretty much out of season and the weather was only OK, the hotel buratti was very nice. Rooms are a decent size, big bathroom, and we had a lovely balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Breakfast was pretty standard for an Italian hotel, but dinner was excellent in their lovely dining room. Best part was the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, including posting me back my phone when I left it in a cab! Really great guys in the hotel, their help was much appreciated.

This hotel treats non-Italians very badly, but Italians get the true 4 star service. I was a regular customer for 4 years until I finally got sick of the terrible service I received for not being Italian. It's not one person; almost the entire staff will treat you slightly worse than the Italians. All these pot shots you get from the different staff members adds up to an overall terrible stay. First example, they'll always put the non-Italians in the room for four that does not fit two. One of the rooms for non-Italians is so small that the sink literally overlaps the toilet. Another room for three non-Italians is so small there is literally no room to walk around the bed; the bed touches the walls. When you do get a room that fits your family, being non-Italian, your room will be over the kitchen and the garbage. I always traveled with a large group of Italians, and always paid more the the rest of the group. The Italians in the group always got the nice large rooms with large balconies. Second example, non-Italians will always get smaller food portions than the Italians. Literally, an 8 year old Italian girl will portions of lasagna 8 times larger than a non-Italian man; even if she will never be able to finish it. From the waiters point of view, it's better to give it to the Italian little girl than the non-Italian man. These are just two examples, but there are many more. Again, if you are Italian, you will get the true 4 star experience you expect. If you're not Italian, you will be mistreated; go else where.

The hotel Buratti is a must stay!!! Pinarella is amazing, the hotel is fantastic, the family Buratti is exceptional, kind, a true tribute to the legendary Italian hospitality. This is a paradise for family with kids. The food is outstanding, the staff is just brilliant, thi was our second stay and surely not the last. I wish other hotels will take the example of this fine establishment. Buratti, simply the best!!!
