Weve been to baguio countless times. This is the First time we have checked in At Hotel Elizabteh and i must say nothing amazing, Just above average. Staff: Some Nice, Not All. Ambience is Perfect. If you want to say Baguio Feels, Then book this hotel. Breakfast is above average. Not limited nor Many Options. Just Enough to make your tummy full. Location for us is perfect. It is a bit far from the city, which is we liked the most. Not too noisy. Hotel itself is kinda Old but Maintained. You can see staffs cleaning around. A bit dim though. We will consider coming back but not sooner. Will definitely try other hotels in the Nearby place.

Had a pretty good experience at this hotel. It's a very charming hotel with ornately decorated gazebos -- great photo opportunity! Someone helped me with my bags as soon as I stepped out of my car. Check in was fast and easy, though they don't accept cards for deposits. No big deal. The bellman took our bags to our room and we were set! The room was spacious and decently clean. There's a bit of calcium deposits on their showers, but understandable for a pretty old hotel. Breakfast was complimentary with the hotel stay, which is nice, but they didn't have much to offer for vegetarians. I had eggs and rice all 3 nights I stayed there. The staff was very swift and accommodating. I swear, every time I asked for something, someone was knocking on my door within the minute (towels, extra bottles of water, tea, etc.). Overall, it was a nice stay at a cute hotel in an awesome city. Will definitely come back!

Our first time to stay in PH2,as we were a party of 6.The suite was huge with 3 bedrooms ,lounge,2 bathrooms and a kitchen,it was very clean and comfortable and in excellent condition. We had a slight noise problem with a water pump which was swiftly dealt with by your ever efficient staff, who as usual offered us first class service throughout our 3 day stay and all of us would like to thank everyone for a very pleasant stay.We have stayed many times over the last few years and still find this the best hotel in Baguio.

Very disappointed from reservations. Booked 2 rooms for 3D2N stay. Was advised they don't collect incidental fees, yet they did. Only bank option to pay is thru BPI which has a very long payment cue. Upon check-in, requested for a no extra charge early check-in. Appreciated the kind gesture of the manager to grant the request for being a first time customer of this hotel, sadly, we were given rooms with the back of hotel view and a security guard looking at you when you open your curtains. The worst part of this stay, My parents were given a PWD room, knowing there's no PWD among our family member. We confirmed this on our 2nd night when my parents are complaining about their bath rooms having no proper drainage and floods the entire T&B while taking a bath. Asked the manager to give my parents the proper room that should be given based on our reservations. Still have to approach the manager personally and did not make efforts of directly handling the concern. They transferred my parents to a room with vernda and front view only after complaining. Plus, the key cards are malfunctioning that worsened the complaint. There's not enough tables and chairs for the breakfast buffet and you have to toast yur own bread using their not functioning toasters. Rooms are not AC as they promote the natural climate of Baguio, however, it's summer...so temps are not as low as you expect, I still believe AC should be placed for tourists who still prefer a cold climate.. Personal refs are unplugged upon check in, wherein this should have been prepared already before guests sets in. Plus the blankets are tightly inserted on the bed mattress, it so hard to pull them up for use. 13 yrs old is considered adult, so if you're a family of 3 you still have to pay for extra person charge given that we booked 2 rooms. The manager gave consideration on this part as first time guests, so, we paid for the buffet breakfast only. Still, I find this not reasonable and not logical for small sized families. A very stressful stay indeed...This would be our first and last stay afterall....
