    • Fab little place

This guest house is excellent, very clean and extremely well decorated. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the breakfast was also excellent. The hosts were brilliant and extremely helpful. The only minus would be the really small parking area to the rear of the hotel/guest house. We have tried several times as frequent visitors to Torquay, to re-book but it has always been fully booked for very obvious reasons

We stayed here for a few days after the bank holiday.we had a lovely time. The hotel is spotlessly clean couldn't fault it for cleanliness.the towels were lovely and white but if you are a bit larger than average you might need to take your own as they only just fitted around me. The room was quite small but as we only wanted somewhere to sleep it didn't really matter.the bathroom was very compact.i was ok but hubby struggled as ges 6'2 .and the shower cubicle was small too. Plenty of parking on the back car park.bit of a tight squeeze if you want to park on the car park attached to the back of the property.brilliant location for the town and amenities.all in all a lovely stay.would we stay here again ?probably but would like a bigger room next time

Great b and b, spotlessly clean and owners very welcoming. Our room was on the back so no view but cabt complain for the price. Great location up short hill but bus stop right outside. There are a fair few steps which may be difficult for some. Lovely suntrap back garden with patio furniture, reasonably priced honesty bar. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, viv is very helpful and welcoming and hotel is spotlessly clean Breakfast in the morning was lovely and a perfect start to the day Hotel itself is right where you need to be with plenty of restaurants around, the pier at the end of the street and town centre around the corner The only draw back was I had the compact room which was my own fault for dithering after first seeing it But the room still had everything we needed and probably made it even more cozy Had a really relaxing time and would definitely go back Thanks for everything Dave + denise
