The service is 5-star rated. I was offered a welcome drink and warm towel when I was checking in at the reception counter. The front desk staff gave me a brief on the resort facilities available and it was really helpful because the area was large. They offered buggy service for the guests with a single call. I was really impressed with the interior designs of the Superior room. The room was spacious. They even prepared a bottle of mosquito sprays. However, I could not enjoy any view from the balcony because my room is right next to the kitchen exhaust hood. One thing which I didn't satisfy was the hot shower was not functioning well. I didn't enjoy a warm bath in the evening, nor in the morning. Breakfast was great and variety. You can find congee, pancakes, breads, pastries and the Asian cuisines. I managed to walk around the restaurant and enjoyed the pool side views before getting myself ready for the business meeting. It's very easy to get Grab service, within 2 minutes after the trip was confirmed. I would come back for a stay next time.

Wife and I were staying for 2 night, selected Cyberview Resort as our first ever babymoon. Room facilities: Charging port is burnt when we were in, asking for help but no one responses. Washroom is fine, vintage style. Never try to open the sliding glass door during evening, mosquitoes attack, as we were facing the pond side. Restaurant: Food was perfect, variety choices. Take note of the discounts offered by the bank during payment time, the restaurant's supervisor or receptionist will not inform. We realized and return asked for rectified, the supervisor act like "oh I didn't aware of that" and return the extra charges to us. Bad experience: The last night of staying, there was a non-local male stranger, knocking our door around 11pm. Wife and I were in the deep sleep, getting shock by the "terrified knock", sounds like there is a fire alarm. After checking with the receptionist, there should be no staff interrupting the guest after 10am. We assume that the stranger was outsider, with bad intention during night time. After reporting to the person in charge and investigation for around 2 months, Cyberview Resort side couldn't give us a final report about this security breach issue, although they insist saying that the stranger was one of their staff(but could not provide any evidence on this). Overall, the environment is nice and amber. Thanks.

Checked-in for a night stay & slow due to public holiday. We booked directly through their website (Deluxe room), which has a sofa bed that needs to be replaced. The TV has a problem, and their technician replaced it with another TV. Bathroom is in good condition, though the vanity is old. Landscape is well-maintained with lovely gardens. They have huge pool which is great. The have 'mini petting zoo' too (rabbits are their main star). Breakfast was variety & good. The Verandah have a beautiful hidden garden with a pond. Overall, a good place for a peace of mind. The resort is getting old, but their hospitality is still awesome.

I took Balinese massage for 90 minutes. Upon arrival, friendly and welcoming staff greeted me. The massage was delivered by an experienced masseuse who i assumed was trained appropriately. I was surprised by a birthday treat after the session was over.
