    • A great hotel with a fabulous terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples.

This is a really nice hotel, with clean modern rooms. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road along the coast. The fabulous terrace and pool area really sets this hotel apart. After a long day exploring the many sights in the area, it was great to spend some time on the terrace watching the sun set over the Gulf. Don't miss the chance to have dinner on the terrace as well - it's a very personal experience in a beautiful setting. The food was great as well - perfectly prepared and presented.

    • What a view !! Great food and friendly staff !!

I had the chance to sleep for a week in this boutique hotel and I was really impressed by the interior design of my room ( I booked a classic room) ! But what really made my week perfect was having breakfast every morning on their terrac from where I could see Vesuvius,Naples city and when it was particularly clear I could see the islands of Ischia and Procida. The breakfast in itself was full of both national and internationals dishes. One day the chef Alessandro cooked for us a kind of local donuts. They called "graffa" and I truly reccommend it to everyone to try it while visiting Sorrento coast.

The only reason I have given this 2 stars is because of the lovely views. We were here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, so were really looking forward to it. We arrived around 12pm, starving only to find out there was no food available until 1pm. I also had to ask the staff to put soap & paper towels in the toilets. The pool was freezing cold so never used it once, very disappointing. Our room was on the ground floor, with what can only be described as with a outside balcony discuised as a concrete shower cubicle (see photos) Our room smelt of cigarette smoke when we first walked in! The hotel had nothing in walking distance so spent all our evenings watching TV! Breakfast was also interesting, tinned fruit, croissants, cakes etc but the bacon & scrambled eggs were ALWAYS empty, even an hour before closing. I had to ask for one or the other. Staff Didnt seem capable of keeping it topped up! I also had to return the coffee cup with lipstick on! One morning Francesco got stroppy with us for not sitting at the table for two that was facing the back wall just because it was set up, there were loads of empty tables facing the views that we obviously preferred (I didnt pay all that money to look at a wall, see photos of the two options!) I could go on but all I can say is, I do not recommend this hotel & I feel gutted that our experience of staying in Italy wasnt what we expected at all.
