      It was my first time that I visited ITC but believe me I have spent quality time and would love thank the staff of the hotel specially Archana (front desk person) for the warm welcome and to clearly making me understood the place. I would recommend ITC as wonderful place.

Starting from the check in till checkout one person is always their for me for any assistance. Special thanks to Taran, vidhi and Girija for making my stay even more comfortable and perfect.       Nice food, comfortable stay, true sense of luxury and hospitality at its best. All staffs were very polite and ready to help at all time. Breakfast served has a wide variety and so much delicious. Room amenities are well above the standards.

      ITC is one of the finest hotels in India. It was my second time stay here in the month of July with my family. It was a lovely experience. The staff was well mannered, courteous and educated unlike other hotels. Ambiance was great, food was heavenly and the entire visit was AMAZING. Would love to come here again n again

      I have been coming to India for over 20 years and have stayed all over from the top hotels to small village hotels and guest houses. This was actually the first hotel I stayed at in India and as a Bonvoy elite member I thought I would try it again. I am here for 7 nights before going down south for another 5 nights. All for a business trip. I booked an executive club level room as I often do. I prefer the quiet lounge breakfast and often use the conference room and the lounges for meetings. I arrive at the hotel after a 14hr flight to find that I am upgraded to a small suite. Its not on an executive floor as I had requested but has lounge access. I am one of the few people that prefers a standard room on the executive floor. I am told they are full and have given me a more superior room. Ok fine. I get off the elevator on the floor and am immediately overtaken by the mustiest smell. Again I am familiar with India and all the smells that come with it but this was not normal. We walk into my room and its downright offensive. I cannot stay there. So back to the lobby. I am then told to wait while they look at a few other rooms to see how they are and if they are better. After ten mins I am taken to another tower of the hotel called the luxury tower. Again a suite. This time there is no smell. The room seems fine at first. The bed is clean. The rooms are totally dated, filthy carpet, a horrendous massage chair in the middle of the living room all with very worn furnishings. There are iPads for the lights and tv. They dont work. After IT comes for 20 mins I am told use the remote. Fine I think I can deal with this although I am just so bothered that in all the nice hotels in Delhi I am in this kind of room. I sit on the sofa to sort my papers and I see food crumbs all over the cushions. I step on blueberries, the room is just dirty. At this point its so late and I want to go to bed. I decide at that point to change hotels in the morning. For what I am paying in Delhi and having experienced so many different hotels over 20 years I cant believe this hotel is considered a luxury hotel. There is nothing luxury about it. There was no breakfast in the lounge. The main restaurant breakfast was terrible. The OJ came from a can. The fruit was far from ripe. I knew the minute I was picked up at the airport and told I had to walk to the parking garage for my driver this was not going to be a good experience. And boy was I right. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are so many better options.
