    • Nice Stay

      Reviewed 2 days ago

Stayed for one night between coming off a cruise and moving on to Portland. Not a great deal to fault the hotel, staff were really helpful and the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Pike Place (turn left). I wouldn't recommend turning right and walking more than a couple of blocks towards Pioneer Square as the feeling of safety changes somewhat (but that's not the hotel's fault). Stayed in a top floor King Deluxe overlooking 1st avenue and no issues with noise. A few reasons for not giving five stars - (1) Probably my fault for not checking before booking but disappointed to find the (deluxe) room didn't have a bath only a shower; (2) Appreciate we're talking about Seattle but I feel it's overpriced for what's on offer; (3) There is just something about the room that makes it feel impersonal can't put my finger on it but didn't warm to it.

    • Amazing weekend stay!

      Reviewed 3 days ago

Stayed here this past weekend and it was an amazing stay! Paulina at the front desk checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. She very kind and professional in every interaction I had with her. After finding out that she is the Front Office Manager, it is nice to see a leader work the front lines instead of being stuck in office. Your bellman Deante always was very helpful by getting the door for us and greeting us with a smiling and asking how our day was. He also went out of his way to delivery orange juice to our room. Amazing service all around. Love the remodel, keep up the great work Paulina and Deante!

    • A Quiet and Nice Moon Festival Getaway

It was the first time we stayed in Kimpton Alexis Hotel. We loved our hotel room floor plan. We felt relax like at home. Location of Alex is very convenient and many restaurants and must-to-go places in Seattle nearby it by walking distance. All staffs we met were very friendly. Appreciated greatly.

    • The Kimpton Alexis sets the standard for hosting a private event

      Reviewed 4 days ago

We hosted a private event in early September that gave us wide exposure to many of the various hotel services: conference services, sales and catering, concierge, front desk, banquets and catering, hotel staff, maintenance staff, room service, audio visual services, etc. I must say, across the board, we had a seamlessly terrific the contracting phase, the planning and coordination prior to the event, the onsite facilities and service, and in the follow-up after the event was concluded. From the moment you walk through the door, you are warmly greeted by staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and this set the tone for our attendees' experiences throughout their stay. Our attendees were very well cared for - comfortable guest rooms, excellent food, fantastic meeting spaces that had natural light and interesting character, and top notch service. In addition, the hotel's location is excellent, easy to get to from the airport, easy walking distance from Pike Place Market and other attractions. There were also thoughtful perks throughout the property, coffee/tea available in the lobby in the morning, a wine reception in the evening, bicycles that guests could borrow, an excellent concierge that offered warm and welcoming assistance on a wide range of topics, etc. I highly recommend this property for a personal stay or a private event. You won't be disappointed!

    • Friendly staff, great location, Noiseless Room!!

      Reviewed 5 days ago

Hi there, I love this hotel, the location, and the friendly staff. What most impressed me was walking into my room and NOT hearing any weird mechanical noises, or having an overly loud air conditioning/heating unit. That's my pet peeve when I'm traveling! Getting a good night's sleep on a business trip when I'm away from home is so important and I had it here! So much to walk to - just a five minute walk to the water too. I only wish I had the time to use one of the complimentary bikes. Next time....
