Spent a week here at the beginning of Aug was absolutely spotlessly clean throughout all of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels twice a week and bedding changed too. Top pool deck was great and plenty of sunbeds available so no need to get up the crack of dawn and put towels out. Did say they opened at 10-10.30 but people were out by pools before that. Only downside is that the top pool deck that all inclusive stops at 6pm which is a shame so we didnt go there after that time. Entertainment in the evening can be a bit cringy but its ok after a few drinks. Food good previous reviews said about fish pork which we didnt mind dishes were different every night. Couldnt fault the food breakfast was good, we didnt go at lunch as we went to snack bars on top deck and had sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers. Drinks were good if you like Baileys and wont it on all inclusive ask for cream whisky we didnt realise until we heard someone asked for it. All in all great for a week to chill eat drink and relax. Nice area to go for walks and beach and sand dunes. Would recommend and would go back. Staff all friendly.

I'm just a few days into a stay here but I feel compelled to write a review! I absolutely love this place. We're here on an all inclusive and I have to say the food has been excellent, and the drinks choice had been great. The staff are super friendly too. I would 100% recommend this to friends and would come back and stay again. Rooms are cleaned daily, there's entertainment daily, and it's overall lovely.

Just back from a week in Gran Canaria This is a great hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Kasbah, and about 20 minutes walk from the centre of playa del ingles, the beach , and in the other direction the yumbo centre. The hotel is clean modern and contemporary. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. Some of the rooms have a glass door into the bathroom, so could be a little awkward if you are a little shy. We did notice the occasional sewage smell in our room in the eves, but if you ran the shower for 5 mins it went. Rooms have a good size balcony. Pool was nice, but a little loud when the aqua aerobics was on. The rooftop was quiet and a nice place to sun bath and drink. The food was a good standard, but I felt the choices were sometimes a little limited. There was a lot of pork and fish. Im a gin drinker at home, and often struggle when away. The local brand was really good, 37% proof. Bar staff were good. Antonio was great. Sometimes can be a bit of a queue after the entertainment, but no worse than any bar you might go to. Just looks worse as people form an orderly line. All the staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful at all times. I would stay here again. And would recommend. One down side. We book as an all inclusive package with jet 2. We arrived at 10pm on our first day, and departed at 6pm on our last. But the all inclusive finished at 12 pm on our day of departure. I stay all inclusive often and have never had this before. I did complain and they honoured the all inclusive but many didnt get it.

We have just returned from our week in Gran Canaria, what a lovely relaxing holiday it was! The hotel is excellent - rooms are clean and so is the hotel. Food was excellent with a variety of different things every meal. Breakfast was fresh and lovely, lunch you could choose from a variety of salads and cooked meals, including paella - dinner was always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and super helpful and every night there was entertainment, Which was good quality. The roof bar does charge for drinks after a certain time, but if you are all inclusive then its at a discounted rate. So for a large beer and a cocktail it cost 6 rather than full price. Couldnt fault this place at all - will definitely be revisiting this lovely hotel with friendly staff.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. We just wanted a short get away so we could recharge and chill out. The hotel was lovely and gave us that opportunity. Rooms come with a safe and fridge, no iron. If you want a safe its 2.50 a day plus 10 deposit which you get back when you check out. Reception have an iron if you need one. The food is good, breakfast, lunch and dinner available if all inclusive. Nice variation from each meal and day to day. Always tables free outside and inside and they always bring out food when it runs out so you dont miss out. The pool area had beds available all times of day really, you cant put towels down till 10am so there isnt the same people reserving beds everyday. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and has the option of paying for loungers with a parasol or lying on the sand whichever you prefer. The all inclusive bars have set times you can use your wristband for. After 6pm on the rooftop bar you have to pay (but less than normal price). And the downstairs bar inside shuts at midnight. Youre also limited to 2 drinks at a time. We had a treatment at the spa, a guy walks round and talks you through the different ones. You also get one free visit to the spa just to use the sauna, jacuzzi etc. Our massage was great and he even did us a discount. Overall we had a great time, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Dont be put off by the mention of queues (they go down quickly) or anything else. Id definitely recommend and would visit again!
