    • Nice place, well managed, no worries

Very nice place to stay. I'm quite picky and critical but this property has little to be critical of. It seems as though management has thought of everything, down to the smallest details. Nice retreat in the middle of the city. If I HAD to be critical of something, it's the HUGE pillows that deflate down to 1/4" when you put your head on them. Unfortunately, almost every hotel uses these idiotic pillows nowadays which is why I bring my own. Plus, they do have a more "normal" pillow in the large closet if needed. Overall, a nice place with no hidden bs charges such as parking or "resort" fees. Oh yeah, and also, they offer a nice breakfast every morning. All staff seem well trained and nice throughout the property. I'll definitely stay here again next time I am in Tucson.

Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent remodel with a very good restaurant. Centrally located, quiet, and great customer service. Even though it is in the middle of town, you would never know. Close to Target, a movie theatre, and golf course.

    • DO NOT STA HERE -BILLING NIGHTMARE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. They have staff this is incalculable of charging you the right amount. I stayed her for 4 nights one week, then another 4 night the next week then two more stays of one night all for work. They messed every single transaction up and double charged me and my company. When I caught the first issue I was at the resort. The front desk lady took my card and charged me again - Had over $600 in charges pending for ONE NIGHT! Then said she was sorry and I had to come back later when her manager was working to get him to resolve and submit reversals! I then looked over my CC statement and found out they charge me as well as employer for the hotel stays. They charged me double for another night, and never refunded their $100 hold for from the first stay .Mind you this is a month later so it is not like it was still prepossessing. Over all it was an absolute nightmare! Called again tonight the front desk guy (manager) tells me he can't see any issues and will have the accounting department call me MONDAY! I explained that was not going to be ok, and I was told "sir you are calling at 6pm on a Friday, no one will help you" I will be in Tucson 52 days out of the year for work. They 100% lost ALL my business, and all my employers business as I will tell them not to send any employees there. Also Ice is in a freezer outside your room and no microwave!
