    • Gorgeous hotel, better service would make it fabulous

Stayed in the height of summer for a weekend. The rooms are lovely art deco, the courtyards, public areas and galleys beautifully eclectic. Be warned though, in summer only the rooms have AC not the rest. Still it was a lovely stay, fabulous food (we ate most meals there) and the maitre d'hotel was the best (great suggestions for food, sightseeing, service etc). The spa is wonderful too. My one quip with the place is the service. The front desk and management were perfunctorily helpful, but very ungracious all through. Can't complain, but left us with an unhappy feeling when we left, even though we had a wonderful trip. I do hope that changes, because it could be a fabulous experience!

A really nice place - very good breakfast and attentive service. The rooms were nice and felt clean. it is a history-art hotel which excludes the richness that was, perhaps is, Bikaner State. The only change is to upgrade toiletries to premium products, and ensure that the shower empties faster than it does. Worthy of a stay.

We were just n a family trip to Bikaner and had an excellent memorable stay at Narendra Bhawan with ever courteous staff all and everyone, special mention to Mr Balbir Singh, Mr Prateek, Ms Gurbaksh. I had a medical problem with my Ears and was promptly recommended to the best ENT who helped me with all due attention. Thanks to the entire team of Narendra Bhawan

Wonderful hotel with beautiful decoration, great rooftop pool and lovely staff. Rooms were perfect and our dinner probably was the best we had during our 2 weeks in Rajasthan. The atmosphere is very much inspired by the 50's with associated cars in the parking as decoration and jazz music.

It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life. The room and bathroom were unhygienic, there were plenty of hair on the bathroom floor and it was gross.the floor of the room was unclean too. There was no mineral water in the room only ro filled bottles,we ordered a pizza and it took them 1 hour to deliver, and we were famished,we were relieved to see pizza but the waiter accidentally spilled the pizza in our room and broke the crockery too,we had 4 year kid with us,we asked them to change our room, since it was unsafe for a toddler to roam in a room with broken crockeries, but they refused to change. Too small rooms ,dresses given to local people to reflect highly trained staff , but trust me no courtesy whatsover reflected in their behavour .
