We loved this hotel, it was very clean and modern with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a good size with a comfy bed and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The pier was a lovely place to spend the day with good food and wine. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Palazzo Murrano for only 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It was in the most beautiful location in a small working fishing village, the sunsets were to die for!! The rooms at the hotel were lovely and big and huge shower!! The balcony had amazing views. The WiFi was not the best but given the location I was impressed we got anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating sorting out our taxi transfer and making sure we had a breakfast package on the last morning as we left so early for the airport. We spent our time in the beach area where we had exclusive access to the sun beds on the pontoon which was lovely. Overall it was a lovely stay.

This was beyond my expectations. The rooms and hotel were very beautiful, clean, and spacious. I was in awe when I worked in. I was so disappointed coming back to Rome in a big hotel that had nothing what Palazzo Murano offered. The staff were very professional, caring and kin. Alfonso, Giuseppe and the young woman at the receptionist desk were very nice and always ready to help. The maids work really hard in maintaining the rooms. Very staff member has a huge contribution and impact on the hotel and they provide excellent service. They are humble locals and it was very nice speaking with them. We had a view of the ocean with a wrap around balcony. We had me unit with two rooms and a huge bathroom where the toilet was in the back away from the shower and sink, which I was happy about. Their look and facilities are modern and up to date. The town is small and a little bit of a distance from the city center. There is small shuttle size city bus that comes right in front of the hotel to take you in town. Takes about ten mins and you also can go straight to the train station to other towns. Around the hotel are small places to eat and on Sunday night it was happening. Music, lots of ppl till 2am but I couldnt hear a thing when the doors were shut. I couldnt hear my neighbors and I couldnt hear the shower running from another room like whats happening now as I write this. The hotel had a resteraunt which is very beautiful thats on the dock that goes out into the ocean. Perfect view of the water and mountains. Also breakfast is in the rooftop and has a nice view of the water, my vasuvius and the cliffs. The small town gave a local real experience and it was less tourists which was great. The pizzeria under the hotel was really good. The staff there were very nice as well. Tt

My family and stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a small town surrounded by restaurants. There is a bus stop located right in front of the hotel that takes you to the town center (10 minutes). To get to Sorrento you can take the train (10 minutes). It is very easy to navigate and travel in and out of Vico Equense. This is a boutique hotel with beautiful decor and exceptionally clean rooms. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. The bathroom is also very spacious and very modern. We were a family of 4 adults and had more than enough room. The hotel has a restaurant on the dock that is absolutely beautiful! The staff here is amazing! They were so accommodating to my family and I. All 3 receptionist and the housekeepers were so nice! Most notably Giuseppe, who was very kind and helpful. I hope he is recognized for exceptional service! An example of the staffs willingness to help: One of my family members has strict dietary restrictions. We were in need of a microwave to warm up food. They were so understanding and allowed us to use their kitchen. We couldnt have been more grateful! While we were waiting for our food to warm they made us coffee! This was an amazing stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone!! It is well situated for you to get around. If you dont mind taking public transport. It was a lovely stay away from all the crowds! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Reading all the 5* reviews I am a little confused having just spend a few days here; the people giving such raving reviews must not have gone on holiday much before because this is far from 5*?! First of all, the location - it's in the middle of nowhere, not anywhere near Sorrento, Positano, Sorrento Ports, 20 minute walk to a train station down windy roads with no pavement - honestly how somebody can say the location was brilliant is beyond me. If you're here to visit Amalfi coast, Sorrento, positano etc do not stay here, as it's in a random little town and taxis to the main areas are 100+ one way!! The room was nice and clean, and as described in the pictures, however staff don't speak great English and this is frustrating. One staff member was a tad shady organising what can only be described as his friend to taxi us somewhere and asking us to give HIM rather than the taxi driver money. He did this all very hush hush which made it seem a big dodgy. Secondly, on the weekend there's lots of noise from the bars across the road even with your doors and curtains closed. The music and crowds go on till early morning on weekends. Pillows and beds are firm and uncomfortable too. I would recommend looking closer to Sorrento, this is nowhere near!!
