A perfect overnight getaway with good dinner options (Ferguson Pub or Scozzia Italian restaurant), and a fantastic complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, relaxing. The Tippen room was spacious and bright. We hope to come back again!

This is a really charming old Inn. We have had dinner here before but never stayed over. The rooms in the old Inn are very charming, small but comfortable. There was bottled water a coffee tray and chocolates on the pillows but only the first morning. At breakfast we were asked if we needed fresh towels or anything for the next day, we asked for more bottled water. They left the water but nothing else was done, no clean glasses or coffee cups and no chocolates. Our tv didn't work but we didn't really want to use it but hubby likes to check news before bed. The front desk woman, although very efficient was not overly friendly, she was also our server one night for dinner. She managed to smile and make eye contact when she presented the bill I guess in hopes of increasing her tip. The inn itself is very lovely and the young servicing staff were very nice. There are 2 restaurants for dinner but you can ask the staff to see both menus and choose off either one. Breakfast was included however the first morning they ran out of maple syrup but did not tell us until our orders of pancakes had arrived, there was only a small creamer size pitcher of syrup for 3 orders of pancakes. The next morning they were still out of syrup but they did allow us to custom order a simple breakfast. The restaurant and patio are very lovely with pretty gardens and a fire pit.

Room was super cozy ! Champagne upon arrival was a nice touch! Would definetly go back!! Jacuzzi bathtub was much bigger than I expected and the towel warmer was a great feature. Patio is gorgeous, perfect place to have breakfast in the morning. Approx 5 minute drive to downtown Elora.
