For sure this is not 5 stars resort, not even 4...average at best. While it's huge there are several issues there that needs to be addressed. Breakfast despite the price tag is underwhelming. Variety is OK but the food quality was below expectations. Orange juice is a sweet water rather then juice. If you want freshly squeezed one...it's available for extra fee. Same picture across the board. Hotel's restaurants are greatly overpriced, nowhere close to the value provided. Clearly rip-off. Rooms are dated. The towels are not white color...they are so dated that they became gray rather then original white. More importantly the impression is that the hotel is mismanaged: they charged wrong credit card, never posted points, etc. I mentioned this during the check-out but literally got no response. Not worth the money, period.

We had a great stay here having returned to it after our first stay 14 years previously. It is vastly improved over last time with many more eateries and a few little shops. We loved Gooshters Beach Bar great service and chilli fries, we found Seven Palms had lovely food but our waiter had a very condescending attitude, oh by the way, don't ask for tap water, it is not allowed!! We wouldn't return there but found the Conlemani Restaurant very friendly and obliging with super food and lots of lovely yachts parked alongside. We ate there two nights running and they saved our bottle of wine. The buffet breakfast was very extensive but it is worth going early as it did become overrun later. The only real hassle with this place is the number of people using the indoor pool and outdoor facilities. It was very clear that people were simply coming in from the beach just to use the facilities, no checks were made at any time. I recall this also from 14 years ago, they need to get their act together. Otherwise it would be 5* in our book.

We were surprised to find a few problems at this five star hotel. First, the carpet in our room was stained and had a few torn threads. Then the shower in the bathroom was positioned on the side forcing the user to use a hand-held shower only. Finally, the elevator music instead of being "elevator music" was loud and obnoxious.

I went with my mom for a couple days in august. we paid alot of money for only a few days with a room with ocean view and balcony. The hotel was good, clean and service was pretty nice. The beaches right by are perfect, nice sunbeds. However the food from the "beach club" was almost unedible :( The breakfast and dinner however were good! Clean good gym with a pretty view! Not a 5 star hotel but def 4 stars. Nothing over the top but still nice

We stayed at this hotel in September, it has excellent facilities, spa indoor pool and plenty of sun loungers by the pool and beach. We preferred the area away from main pool as the loungers were more comfortable. We found the room fine, yes the carpet was a bit tired but the bathroom was clean and spacious. The champagne bar has a fabulous view as does the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast whilst expensive was fabulous and worth the extra however the drinks in the hotel are really very expensive. To that end we did not eat at the hotel at all, we went out for all our meals and found some fabulous restaurants. It's easy to get an uber even if you aren't going that far. We went to Split which is beautiful and did a day trip on a boat to Bol which wasn't so great but also got a catamaran to Hvar which was well worth the trip, a really pretty and lively little Island. Overall we found the staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the snooty reception staff! The hotel is about 25 mins from Split but as I said lots of lovely local restaurants which we found on Tripadviser
