    • Beautiful hotel with big rooms and a nice breakfast

Great hotel for business. They are hot and cold options at breakfast - a very nice set up. The lobby is modern and very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious with a small kitchen. It's within walking distance of a mall and many hotels.

    • New hotel, bad service

Every morning, for the last two days I am requesting for my room to be cleaned and no one shows up. I had to call back again at 5 pm for the room service to come. I am not sure what is going wrong here, but having your room cleaned up its a pretty reasonable expectation, especially for a hotel in this price range. I have still a few days here, and I am concerned that this is a pattern. It seems that is one of these places that you have to request fundamental things several times to be taken care of. I will be writing to the manager about this. The pro is that it is a new construct and located in a nice area.

It is a new clean and spacious hotel with parking and pool in good environment. We stayed on weekend and enjoyed its facilities, but it must be also good for business using a car in greater Boston areas.

Pros: - Extremely well located (23 mins to Boston north end) and shares the same parking lot as the Burlington mall. Very practical. - Gorgeous decor and modern. Cleanliness 9/10 (the bathtub walls were dirty, but otherwise everything was good) - Rooms were extremely spacious. Felt like we were in a condo. (Full kitchen, Dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, the works..) - Well priced. We paid $148 CAD Per night and had breakfast and WiFi included. - Breakfast had quite a bit of variety. Not as upscale as the other Marriott down the street. But for the price, we couldnt complain. Scrambled eggs (pretty watery), egg whites, cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, yogurt, waffle station, fruits. Special mention for the plain Greek yogurt with option to add your own toppings. Thanks for the health conscious option! Also, they had decaf that was not instant. Once again, very much appreciated. CONS: - youll be mildly poisoned during your stay by their overwhelming air fresheners all over the property. From the second you walk in to the property, to the time you get into your room. I am pregnant, and this was definitely something that was concerning to me as these things are highly toxic. I was told there was nothing to do about the smell in our room. So Im assuming its in the ventilation system. Healthy. - Not very baby friendly. I asked for a crib when I made the reservation. Arrived late on the Saturday evening. No crib was in the room. When they brought it, it was basically a folded up plan pen. They didnt offer to set it up, and didnt provide any bedding for it either. Fortunately we brought a sheet from home. Oh, and there was throw up on it from its previous use. - conditioner bottle was half used when first we arrived to the room and tried to shower - Checked the pool in the morning to see the temperature. Nice and warm. There were people swimming in it when we left the hotel. We headed back to the hotel a little earlier that day to use the pool and were EXTREMELY disappointed to find it was closed for maintenance (24 hour shock treatment) without any notice!!! The best part was that we went out to buy bathing suits and swim diapers for the baby.. only to come back and find out the pool was closed. A note in advance would have been courteous. We were only able to swim on that day as we were heading back the next morning. So basically we booked a hotel with a pool, to not be able to swim. - Was woken up 5 times on the first night from car alarms going off. Overall, we come to Burlington often, but would choose to stay elsewhere next time mainly because of the smell.

Lovely Staff, clean Room, good breakfast. The mall was at walking distance which was amazing. There's choices of bars and restaurants at walking distance as well. I loved everything about my stay. I felt safe even there were a lot of things close by. The Staff was very helpful in helping me when I lost my wallet and I found it with everything I had in it originally. They were amazing.
