Great location. Attentive front desk staff. Comfortable beds, nice linens and pillows. The rooftop bar was a very nice extra. Fabulous view west toward Copley and the Fenway. I was excited about having a balcony, but you cant actually go out on the balcony. To be expected on this day and age, but why build the damn balcony in the first place?

Close to many historic sites and great restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and we'll maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to make a couple of requests (ex, I got in after midnight and they held my room for me). The staff handled with ease and were very helpful and considerate!

The price on the room seemed high to me when, service was like La Quinta average. The dining area was too small and couldnt accommodate all of people attending the 3-day. The food was ok. Not enough options available for vegetarians.

    • Paul Revere: Great Location and the best lobster roll in the east coast

We arrived in Boston and first of all, I cannot say enough great things about this city, but we were tired and not exactly in the greatest of moods. We were greeted by a not so helpful front desk, because they could not find my reservations. But after we got in the room, there was a survey and I just said that I wasnt thrilled about the service and immediately, the manager called us and made sure that our booking was fine and that we didnt have to move rooms in our last night and he sent us a bottle of Proseco, apple cider for the kids and desserts. Now thats why I book hotels and this in particular has a great and responsive service. Kudos to the management, Im sorry we forgot your name. We ordered room service like we usually do the first night at a new place and the lobster rolls were the best. I have ordered lobster rolls in many different parts of Boston and along the way to Halifax and Peggys cove, but it paled to compare to the lobster rolls in Paul Revere Hotel in Boston, Massachussets. The room is clean and the maid service is great. It is also decorated with Paul Revere theme paintings and sculptures. My only criticism is that the balcony doesnt open because of an incident that happened in the beginning of the summer, we were travelling in the end of July to the beginning of August. Definitely recommend staying here when in Boston, its in the Theatre District and you can pretty much walk anywhere, downtown.

I loved it. Comfortable beds, amazing showers. Also Parking was amazing! I am planning to stay there everytime I go to Boston. The location you cant beat. There is a movie theater near by, maybe quarter mile. Chinatown is near by.
