    • Lovely pools and accommodation close to the beach

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the swimming pools - there were three in total, all on different levels. A shallow one for the kids, a deep one for swimming and a swim up bar also. Staff were very helpful on the front desk. Lovely surroundings with plenty of palm trees round the pool area. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Enjoyed lunch at the Palapa restaurant by the pool, looking out at the sea. You can walk along the beach where there are a few restaurants/beach bars to choose from. The tram stop is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel and you can visit Altea and Calpe from there very cheaply. Taxis were a bit expensive. Just one criticism, when it rained everything seemed to shut down! Once the rain had cleared, the pool bar remained closed, the Palapa restaurant also, and the towel man was nowhere to be seen. (You can get towels from reception though) Some of the beach bars also close when it has rained. Obviously it doesn't rain very often, so this is not too big a problem.

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Its a little out of Altea centre but there are bars and restaurants near by if you don't want to eat in hotel. We had a nice meal in the on site Japenese restaurant. The breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from and not too busy as it was available in 2 restaurants. The pools were amazing and we loved the swim up bar. Our room was also lovely but if it could be improved tea and coffee facilities would be a bonus as I do like an afternoon cuppa and english TV would be good. It was my birthday when we were there and they send us up a bottle of cava and a cake which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The staff were all friendly on reception etc. I cant wait to stay here again :)

A real classy hotel in a wonderful setting, close to both Calpe and Albir. Good enough to stayin or on the beach or by the pool. But it would be a shame not to visit the Town Center which is situated on a hill, close by. Great Church and its own square. Great restaurants and a view to die for.

The hotel management team continues to raise its game; all bedrooms have been updated with brighter fabrics; more parasols & new sunloungers at the pool; excellent wifi coverage throughout. Well done! Without exception the staff are friendly & provide outstanding service - special mention to Atiq Jose & Christina in the bars & the team on reception. The meal on the festival night (followed by the huge annual firework display at the beach - which was truly spectacular) by the pool was amazing as usual. A minor suggestion would be installing Nespresso machines in all roomsnot just the suites. Very much looking forward to returning in mid-October.

I spent 3 nights here with my family. a perfect place to finish our vacation before school start. Very relaxing atmospher , the Pool area is clean, good gym, and SPA area. very smoth check in process, we arrived early so till the room become ready we spent couple of hr by the pool. The bed was comfortable the only drawback was with pillow , it was too high and hard. the one we asked for was same we had in the room. otherwise, Small , cosy restaurants around the beach . Overall everyting is just as beautiful as it looks like in the pictures. Thanks Paula in the Bar and Benjamin / Reception for friendly greetings every morning :)
