    • Modern Hotel, Fantastic Location

We only had one night here while on a Globus tour, but this is a great base for visiting the charming city of Burgos, which is perfectly walkable, and fun to explore. Our room was modern and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is well stocked with soap products (which we appreciated!) Our dinner was part of a tour package, so it was in a private dining room, but it was generous and delicious. Breakfast was really exceptional. Plenty of delicious fruit options (have the fresh orange juice!) and a full array of sweet and savory options. I had churros y chocolate and was not disappointed! The staff was friendly and helpful. A good value for your money.

We drove here. Reasonably easy to find with sat nav. On the corner of a 1 way street beside the river and opposite a pedestrian bridge over to a park and the museum of Human Evolution. Decor of the hotel is modern. The room was smallish but more than adequate with a good bathroom. The room looked onto the central atrium. The dining area lacked atmosphere. We went out to a caf for breakfast in the sunshine. There is a roof top bar which I think is open to the public. Gives a good view over the city. Parking can't be reserved. It is underground on a couple of levels and very tight in a big car. Cost is 15.50 Euros. Burgos is a great walking city, all sites are close to the hotel. Its worth the effort to walk up the many steps to the castle. You get a view over the spires of the cathedral and beyond.

Nice hotel, it's quite big and modern. Had a bath. Lots of pillows on the big bed. Had a good nights sleep. Good breakfast, with lots of choice however, if you are wanting an early start, breakfast on the weekends does not start until 0800. We stayed two nights but only had one breakfast.

The hotel and rooms are v nice however the the service standards leave a lot to be desired. Staff seem to be at war with the hotel management We ordered a large beer at the bar are were given half a glass of beer and half foam, when asked to top it up the barman did it in such a way as to cause the glass to completely over flow as he slammed it on the the counter splashing beer and foam everywhere, we naturally rejected this and politely asked him for another He threw the glass into the sink and proceeded to do a slightly better job Definatley not the level of service expected of a 4* hotel Top tip use the hotel but dine / drink out

Great Hotel-and lots of plus points Super location and has underground parking which was brilliant for our motorbike We had room 714 which was a premier room and was truly excellent - the hotel was clean and tidy and super modern The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and even had gluten free bread The only grumble I had was as another review I thought the staff were a bit impersonal, polite enough but a little stand offish abb it was its because its a busy city centre hotel but who knows?
