      We enjoy this chain. This is one of the nicer locations. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Service is excellent. Great little cation, with lots of restaurants nearby. The free breakfast bar s good. Recommended.

      Stayed this past weekend for a soccer tourney. Staff at this location is outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast area staff, who kindly removed our used plates and trash (this doesnt happen at other hotel chain that I more frequently use). Very clean, large suites. Excellent pressure. I did find that room 312 shower leaked water under the door onto the floor. This should be remedied ASAP. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also lots of restaurants within short walking distance.

      This hotel is a good example of providing a comfortable, quiet night with just what you need. The site of the hotel is far from highway noise and there are restaurants nearby. I liked how the areas of the room were well defined. You could swivel the TV so you could watch from a couch or from the bed. There was a separate "kitchen" area with the microwave, refrigerator, and even a little bar sink. The dressing and sink area were separate from the shower and toilet. There were two closets. The beds were comfortable. A plus was that I did not hear showers and toilets from other rooms, which I normally hear. And finally, the hotel provided real glass glasses instead of just flimsy disposable ones wrapped in paper.

      We stayed in Room 225. It was very cold and windy in Wichita. When we entered the room, we noticed the room was cold and drafty. We turned up the thermostat to heat up the room. Then we left to eat dinner and attend a basketball game. We returned later in the evening and still noticed the room was cold and drafty, so we turned up the heater again. During the night, there was a nearly constant whistling noise in the room. Several times during the night, I woke up due to the noise; it was fairly loud. In the morning, I discovered the window was poorly installed or defective. There were air leaks resulting in cold air streaming into the room and also causing the whistling noise coinciding with wind gusts. I tried to shut the window better and lock it, but the air leaks and whistling noises were only slightly decreased. As I said, it was very cold and windy in Wichita. I tried to contact the Front Desk to discuss the issue with a Manager, but no one answered the phone. As we checked out, I described the issue and expressed our dissatisfaction with the room. The Front Desk staff person (I don't remember her name) was very unconcerned and said "I'm sorry, I'll tell Maintenance" and walked away. I was too stunned to respond, then realized she had no interest in Customer Service so we walked out the door. Never to return.
