    • Supreme service and a wonderful stay

We are 2 couples who stayed here for several nights while in Queenstown and absolutely loved it! The service was incredibly helpful and top-class; Special mention to the manager- Missy who never left us unattended from helping us with all the phone calls with our trip bookings, to ordering us food, down to making us dinner arrangements with her superb recommendations. We really felt her passion in her work and that genuine service. The room itself was lovely, with a classic finish yet a warm, cosy feel too. Very clean and comfortable and it had a lot of little touches such as those cookies. Their breakfast was good. Everything worked so seamlessly. Such a wonderful memory that we brought home here in the US and if in the future will be back to Queenstown, we would definitely stay only at the dairy.

I had relaxing stay at the Hotel. Great experience and great staff and service. Enjoyed the lounge and library. I will definitely stay again. A real surprise was the quality breakfast each morning in the dining room. Saibal was a great host. I couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough

Delightful small boutique bed and breakfast. Very warm welcome from Saibel ( apologies if spelt wrong) Nothing was too much trouble. Warm lounge with inviting fire available for guest use as well as library. Convenient to the town but be aware it is uphill back from town if you do have any mobility issues. Easy access to the Skyline Gondala to Bob's Peak and also the Kiwi conservation centre. Nice breakfast and very accommodating to dietary requirements. Very basic bathroom/wetroom The only negatives were 1.the room I had on the ground floor was very dark and I needed the light on virtually all the time. Also nowhere in the shower to put shower gel other than the floor. Minor but irritating issues. 2. Although friendly and accommodating it had a corporate management feel. Cant put my finger on why but just how I felt.- may have been that there was an office between the two downstairs bedrooms and management left the premises at 7 each evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this b&b if you prefer smaller accommodation.

Amazing hotel with a very friendly staff. Saibal and the rest of the team makes you feel at home. The hotel is located in the center of Queenstown, litterally 5 min. walk from all activities. The amnities are great, with a private reading room, a fireplace living room and a cozy breakfast room. Rooms are well equipped with new bathrooms.

Two couples, old friends, away for a catchup and fun weekend. We were greeted by Missy with an offer of a glass of bubbles while we sat in the lounge by the fire and filled in the registration form. We got rooms close together as requested. Lovely, clean, lots of character. Short walk to everything. Really recommend this place, a home away from home.
