It's one of the best hotels in a central point of Boston, very close to stores, restaurants, bars and malls. Also very close to the river. The breakfast very well. Also the bar is very nice. The rooms are very good, big, clean.

We were staying at another hotel in Back Bay where we endured a chemical smell from new carpet, a smelly garbage dumpster under our window, and jackhammering on the street below the room. We called the Lenox and got a room for the same amount we were paying at the other hotel. The room was ready when we got there at 9 am. What a great hotel. The rooms have everything you need. They are bright and clean. The restaurant has a great breakfast at competitive prices. Their hallmark is great service. From opening doors to saving a cookie for us behind the desk, this place is impressive. We left at the same time as the Straight Parade started across the street from the hotel. The Lenox handled the guests, police, and visitors with great care during the disruption.

If you are questioning staying at the Lenox in Boston, dont. Yes its on the pricier side, but ITS WORTH IT! The ENTIRE staff is wonderful!!!!! We had an amazing stay and cant wait to go back. The water system, where you can get fresh water anytime, on any floor, IS THE BEST!!!!! My husband and I consume a lot of water and to be able to have access to it just like home, INCREDIBLE. The Lenox is the hotel to stay at...ENOUGH SAID!

This place is really a gem! It's well located--very walkable to all that Boston has to offer. Our room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. And, City Bar was an excellent lobby bar/restaurant. It's very hard to complain about this hotel at all. My one suggestion would be to update the fitness room and consider adding a dehumidifier. Highly recommend!!
