      We were disappointed in this hotel. Decided to spend more money than we usually would when staying with a family because it was our anniversary & we were staying without the kids. Sad to say we wont be staying here again & would find it hard to recommend. We stayed in the room with a plunge pool room. The pool was too cold to swim in. We stayed for only a short time of 4 nights. 2 out of the 4 nights we were woken at 1am & 2am with rooms close by having very loud parties in the room & their own plunge pools. It took security quite some time to shut it down. Seems more of a party hotel. Our sink kept overflowing & the fridge didnt work had to be replaced. We had to wait around for this to be replaced. We spent some time out in the pool area, took the staff over half an hour to even provide us with a buzzer to place an order. Paid for our room to be set up for our anniversary when we arrived, didnt have the rose petals or chocolates as promised.

      Found this hotel to be fabulous, room configuration bit weird with curtain around bathroom, but the bed was super comfy and always a clean room, plus it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was just amazing, from coffee to the donut wall and in between. Nice and central would certainly stay again.

      Pro's- really lovely staff. All very smiley and can't do enough to help you. - pool is awesome -upgrade to the rooms with a balcony and bath. So much nicer than the standard. See attached pics. View feom our balcony. - Brekkie is amazing. Huge choice. With a donut wall. Enough said. Con's- cocktails are ridiculous expensive. $15 each? Umm no - if your a smoker, you cannot smoke around the pool or even at the pool bar in the water. Only a small smoking area next to bar. Such a downer

      We came here for our honeymoon in June for 10 nights. I was sceptical reading the reviews but Im so glad I ignored it. Lovely hotel. Great food. AMAZING staff. I cant thank them enough. My wife has a severe nut allergy but the staff went out of their way to make sure she was catered for. Prepared her meals separately to ensure no cross contamination. Made my wife feel really relaxed and that is a huge deal as anyone with a nut allergy will know. Thank you so much to every single member of staff. So friendly and polite. Going out of their way to make sure youre happy. Pool was really nice. Floating bean bags are a great touch. Only negative (which isnt really a negative) was the music could have been more upbeat during day and evenings. Again thank you so much to all the staff for making our honeymoon a memorable one.       This was my 5th stay at this hotel I rated it good stay as I feel the hotel needs attention. Staff who stand out Putra front desk Arie Front desk manager Adi who serves every possible style of coffee at breakfast with a huge smile and the stand out is WAWAN the amazing employee who runs the pool from 10am till he goes home late in the day with exceptional efficiency and a broad smile - incredible asset to Marriott hotels. With those staff named for their excellence I feel that the hotel needs to update/improve 1.Manager and front office uniforms 2.Communicate every time a client has had a room change 3.Sustainability policy needs a major overhaul - get rid of all the plastics in the bathrooms 4.Refurbish the pool lounges Access to pool lounges gets tough after 9am very crowded. The restaurant offers a fabulous breakfast buffet, dinners - I enjoyed the evening specials Overall I enjoyed my stay but not to the previous great standard.
